CooLAB Foods LLC, a world-class manufacturer of ice cream products, is hiring a Warehouse & Purchasing Manager to lead inventory, purchasing, and warehouse operations at our Franklin Park facility. This is a hands-on leadership role with high visibility and impact.
What You’ll Do:

• Manage purchasing of raw materials and packaging
• Oversee inventory accuracy, BOM validation, and FIFO practices
• Lead shipping/receiving and maintain audit-ready records
• Implement and refine procedures across sourcing, staging, consumption, and shipping
• Collaborate with production to align supply with demand
• Lead and develop a small warehouse/purchasing team

• Experience with inventory systems (Fishbowl or similar)
• Strong production scheduling and supply chain planning skills
• Understanding of inventory’s impact on financials
• High-volume purchasing and inbound logistics experience
• SQF audit readiness and warehouse organization skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Leadership and delegation ability
